On Relative Rationalism of Trap Detection

As a special detective means,trap detection is widely exercised in the judicative practice of our country,but it is not explicitly stipulated in the legislation,leading to confusion and abuse in the practice along with heated disputes accordingly.But in the actual fact,this question cannot be discussed in the simplified way.Relative rationalism being sought as a precondition,trap detection should be let exist as an effective detective measure on the one hand,and it should be normalized in allusion to its possible abuse with the negative impact minimized and the due value achieved on the other hand.
