A New-style Frame Super Performance CMOS Band-Gap Voltage Reference

A new-style frame super-performance CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor)bandgap voltage reference is presented in this paper,which was designed based on the bandgap voltage theory.During the process,the structure was improved under the 0.5 μm CMOS technics.The results from Hspice simulation show that the circuit's power supply can below to 1.9 V and the output of the bandgap voltage is(1.225±0.001 5 V) with temperature coefficient 14.75×10~(-6)/℃ and PSRR 50 db under the temperature ranging from-30~125℃ and V_(DD) from 1.9~5.5 V.The power consumption is less than 15 μW at 3 V power supply and 25℃.The capability of the bandgap voltage reference is favorable.
