A PSTN-Oriented Telemedical System

The TeleILIP system,which we introduce in this paper,is based on the various necessities in medicine and combines with the up to date networking,multimedia and authentication technologies.In this system,the information of video ,audio and physio parameters is processed and transferred in a special way.Most importantly,the system can be implemented in the low rate network of about 33.6Kbps.
