Design and Implementation of Simulation System for CICQ Switch Fabric

Combined Input and Crosspoint buffered Queuing(CICQ) switch fabric is a new type of scalable switch fabric,the throughput and delay are close to the OQ(Output-Queued) switch under different traffics.This paper proposed the simulation model of CICQ switch and the implementation of the simulation software,and presented the simulation results of the throughput and delay of CICQ switch by using distributed Round-Robin schedule algorithm.
