Method Based on multi- DSP and Integer SPIHT

The accelerating motion estimation occupies the important position in video processing.The VCL principle of JVT is briefly analyzed,and the interior algorithms are reviewed,as well as the executive speed of VCL is accelerated with more superior algorithm advanced in the paper.The integer DCT is replaced by integer SPIHT with better timeliness,simple operation and easy hardware to realize.The speed of the accelerating motion estimation is enhanced by LLS algorithm of the search redundancy slightly,the search speed quick,the precision high,the lower algorithm complex,and the advantageous for the software and hardware to realize.The initialization value of store slice is set reasonable in order that the closed loop structure of the VCL of the JVT is broken,and the concurrent processing of infraframe and 6 levels of motion estimation is came to pass,furthermore,the speed of the accelerating motion estimation is further obtained the enhancement.The system efficiency remarkably is enhanced.
