High Precision Bandgap Voltage Reference with Low Temperature Excursion

The design of 15×10-6 ℃-1 CMOS bandgap voltage reference with temperature compensation technology and voltage compensation is described in this paper. The bandgap references are implemented in a standard 0.5μm CMOS process of CSMC. The entire circuit is simulated with HSPICE simulation tool. The reference output voltage and temperature compensation can adjust with fuse technology.
