The Design of the Moving,Inquiring,Monitoring and Navigating System Based on PDA—GPRS/GPS/GIS

Because the unilateral inquiring system can not satisfy the present requirements,more and more GPRS,GPS and embedded GIS technologies based on PDA will be used with the advancement of information technology.Beginning with the moving,inquiring,monitoring and navigating functions of the system,this paper introduces the structure of the whole system and hardware and software components of the mobile terminal.The solution exerts the embedded technology,provides the integration of the terminal and increases the policemen's quick reaction abilities.
