Drug Interactions of Antihypertensive Drug and Safety Concerns

This article aims to introduce the drug interactions between antihypertensive drugs and commonly used drugs and to evaluate the safety of antihypertensive drugs.Cardiovascular disease is not only the first cause of death in China,but also a global public social problem,and hypertension is one of the major cardiovascular disease risk factors.It is essential to control blood pressure securely and effectively to reduce cardiovascular disease risk.The article emphasised on adverse drug reaction and drug interaction of five antihypertensive drugs with brief review of hypertension therapy principles and common antihypertensive drugs.By introducing the beneficial and harmful interactions of antihypertensive drugs,we assumed more attention would be paid to the potential dangers of drug interactions in combined antihypertensive therapy.
