Application of GIS Technology to Information Resource Management of the Field of Coal Geology

The paper introduces the background of coal geology information resource management where GIS technology is applied and proposes the design of the framework,network operating environment,hardware architecture,database and functions of geographic information service system of GIS-based coal geology information resource management.At last,part of the testing system with unique features is displayed in combination with the design and development of geographic information service system of coal geology information resource management.
