Protocol Analysis of Cell Selection and Reselection and Simulated Realization in TD-SCDMA System

This paper firstly analyzes protocol of Cell Selection and Reselection in TD-SCDMA system; then, according to the actual simulated process, introduces some statistical conclusions by simulating and some appropriate threshold, which affects directly the capability of TD-SCDMA system and Radio Resource Management and optimization. This threshold value is important in research and exploitation of protocol layer of TD-SCDMA.
