Annual load rate grey forecast of middle small sized hydropower station

Based on the analysis of variation characteristics and the forecast problem of annual load rate on middle small sized hydropower station, a grey forecast model was established, some special problems in the forecast were discussed and researched, and correspondingly the methods to deal with those problems were proposed. The results of the example behind the paper showed that the methods have higher value of reference and application for middle small sized hydropower station.
