A Study on Component-based Hierarchical Fault Diagnosis System

To improve the ability of intelligent fault diagnostic system for complex mechanical equipment,a component-based neural network and expert system diagnostic model is proposed.According to equipment structure,this model integrates the neural network diagnostic technique and expert system diagnostic technique with the object oriented method of knowledge base,thus improving the diagnostic efficiency.
