Development of online power quality analyzer

The online power quality analyzer is a new type of virtual instrument based on dig ital signal pro cessing and com puter tech nolo gies.It is suitable for sin gle-phase or three-phase power quali ty on line measure ment .It imple ments the functions of automatic long-term operation,re al-time measure ment and analysis,and man age ment of historic data.Compared with the tradi tional analyzer,it has the ad vantages of easy control,en hanced processing ability and graph ics output .Its basic archi tec ture,HWSW design are introduced.The re al-time data pro cessing based on Fourier analysis and the software design con cept using multithread pro gram ming are emphasized.
