Effective model of software reviews

Software reviews are propitious to improve the product quality and the production efficiency as an important step of software developing. The activities and processes are described to exert the influence of software reviews, and review model with two levels of software reviews is proposed, relation between review and organization, mistakes and solutions in review practice are discussed. The discussed model is applied on 10 software projects and satisfied results are obtained.
