Integrated Hoisting of Metering Platform Upper Module in Chengdao Oilfield

In traditional way,the upper module and equipment house of a production platform are made in land separately and installed at sea respectively.Workload of the two installation operations at sea is great.Therefore,the software SACS is used for optimal hoisting design of the platform upper module and the equipment house and it is decided to utilize a hoisting frame to carry out an integrated hoisting of the platform upper module and equipment house.This method can considerably shorten the installation period at sea and reduce the engineering investment.
