Research on Business Rule Broker Based on SOA

Aiming at the problems of business rule area,the advantages of business rule engine based on SOA,its implementation technologies and specification are analyzed.A business rule broker based on SOA is proposed,which hides the heterogeneity of different rules engines and provides a Web service interface to access and execute business rules from different knowledge bases for client.An example of mobile telephone is given to illustrate its application.
