A big profit has been made from the online games in every country.Meanwhile,the rising of the net virtual property theft all over the world needs to be regulated in the criminal laws.Based on an analysis of some specific cases concerned with the theft of net virtual property,this paper conducts a comparative study of the relevantregulations in criminal laws home and abroad,hoping to finding out useful reference for China's criminal legislation.
