With the development of the Internet,the technology of Web Service provide us the advanced method to call the existed the web method which based on B/S architecture instead of C/S architecture.The mobile service providers may use Web Service to integrate Internet service and mobile service.This paper explain how to use the technology of Web Service into the field of mobile value added service.
