An improved method on block－matching motion estimation

This paper presents a new block-matching based motion estimation scheme， using correlation search algorithm． The experiment results show that whether based on full-search or fast search operations， the scheme achieves almost the same results with the block-matching method before improvement while the computational complexity is reduced significantly．
