Forecast of server's capacitance

Based on the detailed analysis of the flow in accessing networks,in this article,the model of the bolck-increasing is applied to the forecast of the server's capacitance to formulate the exponent increase between the time of server's response and the rate of client's request arriving time.It also can be applied to study of the forecast of server's load and server's scale to provide important foundation in the analysis and judgement of server's capability and service's quality.
