Detection based on interference temperature spectrum hole detection process-depth is studied done.Through the study of interference constraints,the spectrum of cognitive is given to send empty detection method.And awareness of information and the main user interaction steps are given.When to meet the cognitive users and the main users interfere with each other no more than their respective cumulative interference temperature limit,the user can use the main cognitive authorized spectrum users to communicate.
