Design and Realization of Real Time Hydrological Information Transmission and Processing System for Jiangsu Province

According to the specifications,Standard for Hydrological Information Code(SL330-2005) and Standard for Structure and Identifier in Real-time Hydrological Information Database(SL 323-2005),as well as the demands of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters,a solution is presented to transmit hydrological information hydrometric stations to sub-centers,provin-cial center,and then to the Ministry of Water Resources.Study was made on the key technology of hydrological information trans-mission,especially on hydrological message exchanging,integration of heterogeneous telemetric system,decipher of hydrological mes-sage,system monitoring and management,so as to provide a full technical assurance for the system.
