Reflections on Improvement of Legislation of Computer Crime Law in China

China’s slow pace in making a computer crime law has come into the spotlight against a dynamic social life. This author,with comparison to the international practice,raises legal issues concerning the improvement of law making which is designed to punish computer crimes after pinpointing the loopholes in the country's protection measures in the current legislation.
