Orthogonal Multiwavelets with Dilation Factor a

The objective of this paper is to exhibit the construction of orthogonal multi-scaling functions and the corresponding orthogonal multiwavelets with dilation factor a, using orthog uni-scaling function and the corresponding orthogonal wavelets with dilation factor a. Since the orthogonal uni-scaling function may be arbitrary selected, and choosing of filter has sizeable free in the whole process of construction, a lot of multi-wavelets can be constructed.
