Collaborative commerce oriented CC-GDSS model that based on group decision support system holds out the construction of collaborative commerce system commendably. Within current construction, produced an opened collaborative commerce system based on a structure of B/S to develop collaboration among inter corporations, venders and correlative others. Markov chain forecasts commodity distribution and reveals latent resource in enterprises, implementing share the information and to enhance core competition of enterprises.
