The base for the sustainable development of community service informatization lies in the construction and management of community collaborative services system.The paper proposes the overall structure and constructing elements of supply chain system in Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration in order to solve the collaborative services predicament caused by institutional barriers.
