Application of expert system for hydrologic prognosis

This paper proposes an expert-system-based hydrologic prognosis system framework,and the knowledge express and the achievable method of the framework.It stores the based data with SQL-SERVER data base,and makes the operation interface with VB.It can watch and forecast the hydrologic information real time. Because the each segment of the whole system is absolute, the system's maintainability is good.
