Computer information transaction means online electronic transaction based on the computer information,which is a type of electronic commerce.Computer information transaction includes computer information online sales and application service provider.Computer information transaction,as a type of information products transaction,is not involving intellectual property license or transfer of intellectual property.The core of computer information transaction is information property rights of information products instead of intellectual property rights.
