Taking rural water environment economy system as a research object,the information data of rural society economy and water environment are saved,managed,shared and analysed by the technique of GIS.Taking Touzao town in Dongtai city of Jiangsu province for example,rural water environment economy decision supportive system has been designed by DLL technique,which is based on Visual Basic and MapInfo platform.It provides a scientific management and decision support for the development of rural environment economy.
