A Method for Frequency Estimation of Coherent Pulse Signal

The acquisition of accurate frequency out of the complex radar pulse signal is a key technology in the passive locating and tracking system of single site.The frequency extraction of the coherent pulse signal in additive noise was studied,and a new algorithm was proposed for the frequency estimation.By simulation,it is shown that this algorithm has higher estimating precision and lower computation,which is very effective.
