Functions of Science and Technology in Constructing Harmonious Society

cience and technology have affected society in complex ways and the results are not all what the human expected.But the human beings have not given up using science and technology for their own purposes.Science and technology could be used to establish a harmonious society.For example,science and technology can improve economy growth to maintain social stability in process of development.Modern technology is being used to support credit system.The high-tech has changed the ways of conduct and thinking of government officers.In general,the internet,the technology for spotting,monitoring,environment protection,weather and earthquake prediction,disease precaution,and the social and human sciences are all very important for the harmony and development of modern society.
