Regional science and technology innovation system is an important part of the national innovation system.The information resources are particularly important in this system.In the environment what the area of science and technology innovation system continue to build and improve,the problem how to integrate information resource to make it to be a reasonable allocation and use is very important.In this paper,integration of information resources and operation mechanism in regional scientific and technological innovation system discussed.Then point out shortcomings and solve it.
