Analysis and Treatment for Black Dot of Hard Wire

Black dot occurred during laying when producing 45#, 60# and 70# hard wire in No.2 High-speed Wire Rod Line, and tensile failure occurred in black dot when finished product was drafted. The causes were analyzed, and the countermeasures and its effects were introduced.
