This paper researches the syntactic rules and the semantic relations in the jing(净)+[shi(是)]+NP.The plural and non-monosyllabic NP were demanded in the topics before jing(净)(TP).NP is usually a complex NP and can't contain a defining word which indicates a definite quantity.The paper studies the semantic relations between TP and NP.
