The rapid development of network brings influence on College Students' study and life,contemporary college students network behavior problems have become increasingly prominent,immoral activities,in the network society it has become a noticeable phenomenon.They need to establish healthy network environment,the network behavior of university student education and guidance,from ethics and the law two dimensions constrained college network anomie behavior,to promote students' growth and mental health.
