Fundamental of Ground Impedance Measurement for Power Plant's Large-scale Ground Network

According to the practical test experiences summarized from the ground impedance measurement for power plants of Hengmen power plant of Zhongshan and some other power plants, three fundamentals should be obeyed, which are comprehensive principle, scientific and practical principle, and safety principle. In this paper those three fundamentals were discussed in detail and hoped to be the guideline of practical ground impedance measurement for large-scale ground network.
