SAML based unified authentication for IMS and IPTV

In allusion to the users′ cross-domain authentication problem existing in the development process of IMS system and IPTV system integration,a unified authentication method based on SAML assertion is proposed,and the believable third party is introduced.The proposed method uses SAML assertion to unify different systems of certification results.Therefore,it can support the user′s safety certificate across different systems,and provide a basis for user′s authentication,authorization and charging in the integrated process.
