Yanbo Hui · Computer Knowledge and Technology · 2010
Morphable model based on the 3D face database is a novel face modeling method in resent years.Because this model has advantages of automation and realistic result in 3D face modeling,it has been one of the hotspots in 3D face reconstruction. This paper gives a process of morphable model construction, and keeps up with the latest research in the past few years. Finally, some detailed discussions on future direction about morphable modeling is provided.
