THE CONFIGURATION DESIGN OF CALL CENTER IN WEB SITE

This paper presents a description of the technology of web site, CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) and call center, which is an important application of CTI. Then we analyze the demand of introducing the CTI technology into the web site and discuss the configuration design of call center in the web site.
