On the Prophylactic Evidence Rules

Prophylactic rules are the laws which are constructed in advance to prevent some evidences from being harmed. The essay discusses the theoretical basis of prophylactic rules, analyses the malpractice of the present Prophylactic Rules and gives some thought of setting up prophylactic evidence rules.
