A Brief discussion of Cutout Technique of Photoshop

Cutout technique is commonly used in computer image processing,in which part of the image is chosen to be obtained from the original.The paper is intended to introduce the simplicity of marginal detail and complex of marginal subtleness of images.The tactical use of the cutout skills may double the efficiency of the technique.
