Voltage reference in analog circuit supplies a voltage effected rarely by power source or temperature to make sure its performance.A type of low temperature drift and low power consumption bandgap voltage reference is proposed, which applies series current mirrors to supply bias, and positive temperature coefficient of PTAT voltage and negetive of VBE with appropriate plus coefficient to generate reference voltage with zero temperature coefficient. The circuit avoids applying AMP to predigest framework, and the legible theory is suitable for novices' mastery in short time. The temperature coeffience is 16.4 ppm/℃ between 0~70℃.power supply rejection rate is 57.7dB between 5~6V voltage supply. The output noise of whole circuit is 140.3μV,and the power dissipation is 300.6μW.
