The Metadata Techniques Used in the Adaptive Service Provisioning

Firstly basic conceptions of metadata are introduced,including definition,objective and usage.Then fundamentals are explained concerning Resource Description Framework(RDF),the description technology of metadata.Finally an example is given of the application of metadata to the adaptive Web information provisioning.The metadata techniques used in the adaptive service provisioning is illustrated through the analysis of the application example.
