Application WinCC to Process Control System

The paper introduced characteristics,basic function and configuration of siemens industrial configuration software Wincc and applied it to the continuous pulp mill DCS control system in Hunan Yuanjiang paper company.With the help of the graphic system,the trends on file,information alarm and the production report forms,realizing fully-automatic distributed monitoring for motor,liquid level,temperature and flow in production process.
