Outer P-sets and data internal-recovery

Outer P-sets(outer packet sets) are a part of P-sets(packet sets),which is a concept of P-sets;Based on outer P-sets,the concepts of F-data and F-data internal-recovery are proposed.The F-data internal-recovery theorem and principle of attribute deletion inefficacy are given.By using these results,applications are given.
