Near Space Platform Effectiveness Evaluation Algorithm Based on Compound Conflict Measurement

For the evaluation index system of effectiveness evaluation of the near space platform was not perfect enough and evaluation methods were not mature,a new Dempster-Shafer evaluation method of evidence source modification was proposed,which applied to the improved near space operational effectiveness indexes.Effectiveness reliability model was constructed at first,the original evidence weight were corrected by means of conflict's newly measurement using compound conflict factor,then a combination result was provided throughout Dempster-Shafer rule.Simulation example indicated that this method was simple,effective and fast fusion,it could overcome blind side problem,by which the paradox was settled when the conflict evidence were combined by use of D-S rule.The method also had a practical significance of near space operational evaluation,which could assist a rapid decision for commander.
