On Establishing Quality Management System in Designing and Monitoring the Drilling Project

Upgrading the organization's management level in oil projects monitoring meets the demand of not only the organization's dependence on customers but also the organizational survival and development requirements.The organization of designing and monitoring the drilling project had introduced in ISO the quality management system to compile according to ISO 9001 series standard program documents,quality manual,job responsibilities,operation specifications and other papers to guarantee the effective running of organizational services.Through the implementation of quality management system,organization had strengthened employees' sense of quality,won over customers' trust,formed a rigorous and honest culture of quality orientation thus demonstrating its ability to keep on providing products of services upon clients' requirement in accordance with relevant legislations and laws.
