Study and Design of High Voltage Power Supply for Bipolar Output Photomultiplier Tube

The photomultiplier tube(PMT) is a core component in a fluorescence immunoassay(FIA) system.With the development of the switching mode power supply(SMPS) technology,SMPS is more and more popular with a PMT power design.However there are few applications of bipolar power supply.This paper introduces the structure principle of bipolar power supply and application circuits based on resistance chain partial pressure.After practice application,this circuit is proved to be more stable,more precision,and more convenient.
