This system builds up a B/S mode applied terrace under the IP-camera.The customer can send out the request to adjust the carriage of IP-camera in distance,and the system accepts the request,carries out the coordination with the greatest degree that the multiuser requests to one camera by means of spatially maximum collaborative algorithm designed by ourselves,then solves MOSR problem,design the rotating path and adjust the carriage of IP-camera.Satisfy the multiuser's requests in the end.
