Probe into How to Improve the Service Quality of Librarians

In the light of how to guarantee and improve the service quality of librarians,this paper puts forward some concrete solving methods,and points out that the formulation of the working standards of librarians is the foundation, effective supervision system is the key,and strict examination system is the guarantee.
